Berries & Vanilla Bean Petite Meringues

Ingredients

  • 9 The Country Chef Bakery Co. Petite Meringues
  • 5 Strawberries, halved
  • 9 Blueberries
  • 9 Raspberries
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 300mL Fresh Cream

Method

  1. Add Vanilla Bean paste to cream and whisk until stiff peaks form.
  2. Top each meringue a tablespoon of cream.
  3. Place one of each of the prepared berries on top of the cream and a mint leaf.
