Berries & Vanilla Bean Petite Meringues

Ingredients
- 9 The Country Chef Bakery Co. Petite Meringues
- 5 Strawberries, halved
- 9 Blueberries
- 9 Raspberries
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- 300mL Fresh Cream
Method
- Add Vanilla Bean paste to cream and whisk until stiff peaks form.
- Top each meringue a tablespoon of cream.
- Place one of each of the prepared berries on top of the cream and a mint leaf.
