Cherry Blossom Petite Pavlovas
- 9 The Country Chef Bakery Co. Petite Meringues
- 15 Cherries
- 300mL fresh Cream
- Zest of one Lime
- Edible Flowers
- Whip Cream until it forms stiff peaks and place 2 tablespoons on each Pavlova.
- Cut Cherries in half, remove pit and place on top.
- Decorate with edible flowers and lime zest.
