Cherry Blossom Petite Pavlovas

Serves 9


  • 9 The Country Chef Bakery Co. Petite Meringues
  • 15 Cherries
  • 300mL fresh Cream
  • Zest of one Lime
  • Edible Flowers


  1. Whip Cream until it forms stiff peaks and place 2 tablespoons on each Pavlova.
  2. Cut Cherries in half, remove pit and place on top.
  3. Decorate with edible flowers and lime zest.
