Pavlova Slab, Raspberry Jelly

Serves 28

1.5L Water
1 Carte d’Or Pannacotta Dessert Mix
500g Frozen raspberries
1 The Country Chef Pavlova Slab

  1. Combine the water and frozen raspberries together and bring to the boil.
  2. Add the pannacotta sachet and whisk well until the raspberries have blended well.
  3. Strain the seeds from the mix and pour the mixture into a gastronome tray.
  4. Set in the fridge for 12 hours. Remove and place jelly onto Pavlova slab.
  5. Slice and serve, garnish with flaked chocolate.
