Pavlova Slab, Raspberry Jelly

1.5L Water
1 Carte d’Or Pannacotta Dessert Mix
500g Frozen raspberries
1 The Country Chef Pavlova Slab
- Combine the water and frozen raspberries together and bring to the boil.
- Add the pannacotta sachet and whisk well until the raspberries have blended well.
- Strain the seeds from the mix and pour the mixture into a gastronome tray.
- Set in the fridge for 12 hours. Remove and place jelly onto Pavlova slab.
- Slice and serve, garnish with flaked chocolate.
