Turkish Delight Summer Pavlova
- 6 The Country Chef Bakery Co. Single Serve Pavlovas
- 200ml fresh cream, whipped
- 2 blocks Turkish Delight confectionery, sliced
- 6 strawberries, quartered
- 1tbsp rosewater
- 2tbsp pistachios, chopped
- pink fairy floss
- Toss the quartered strawberries in the rosewater in a small bowl and allow to marinate for 5 minutes.
- Top each single serve pavlova with whipped cream and chopped pistachios.
- Place 2-3 slices of Turkish Delight on top and follow with 4 quarters of strawberry.
- Tease a pinch of fairy floss on to the top of each pavlova to garnish.
