Turkish Delight Summer Pavlova

Serves 6


  • 6 The Country Chef Bakery Co. Single Serve Pavlovas
  • 200ml fresh cream, whipped
  • 2 blocks Turkish Delight confectionery, sliced
  • 6 strawberries, quartered
  • 1tbsp rosewater
  • 2tbsp pistachios, chopped
  • pink fairy floss


  1. Toss  the quartered strawberries in the rosewater in a small bowl and allow to marinate for 5 minutes.
  2. Top each single serve pavlova with whipped cream and chopped pistachios.
  3. Place 2-3 slices of Turkish Delight on top and follow with 4 quarters of strawberry.
  4. Tease a pinch of fairy floss on to the top of each pavlova to garnish.
