200g Dark Chocolate
68 The Country Chef Chocolate Filled Profiteroles
Berries, to serve

  1. Combine Carte d’Or Crème Anglaise and chocolate, heat until chocolate has melted.
  2. Place The Country Chef Chocolate Filled Profiteroles into a bowl and pour over chocolate sauce.
  3. Serve with berries.
