Ingredients

• 1 x The Country Chef Bakery Co Pavlova 300g Base
• Chocolate Mousse
• Chocolate-covered pretzels
• Fresh raspberries
• Chopped pistachios
• Chocolate sauce

Method

1. Remove Country Chef 300g Pavlova Base from the box and peel off the brown paper wrap.
2. Spread the base with chocolate mousse.
3. Time to ‘Top it Real Good’ by loading with chocolate-covered pretzels, fresh raspberries & pistachios.
4. Drizzle with chocolate sauce, serve and enjoy!
