Birthday Surprise Pavlova
Who said a Pav can’t be the star of the Birthday Party!

Ingredients
- 1 x The Country Chef Bakery Co Pavlova 300g Base
- Whipped cream
- Freeze dried raspberry powder
- Marshmallows
- Strawberry jam
- 100’s & 1000’s
Method
- Remove Country Chef 300g Pavlova Base from the box and peel off the brown paper wrap.
- Whip cream until peaks are formed. Fold in freeze-dried raspberry powder until you have achieved your desired colour.
- Make a ‘glue’ by mixing a little water into the strawberry jam. Dip the top of the marshmallows into the strawberry ‘glue’ and then dip into a bowl of 100’s & 1000’s.
- Spread cream onto the pavlova base, followed by 100’s & 1000’s coated marshmallows.
- Serve and enjoy!
