Turkish Delight Pavlova

Ingredients

  • 1 x The Country Chef Bakery Co Pavlova 300g Base
  • Whipped cream (vanilla infused & lightly sweetened + add a little rose essence)
  • White chocolate rocky road, cut into chunks
  • Assorted Turkish delight
  • Scattered with pistachios and rose petals

Method

  1. Remove Country Chef 300g Pavlova Base from the box and peel off the brown paper wrap.
  2. Whip cream until it forms peaks. Add 1 tsp of vanilla and, optionally, 3 drops of rose essence.
  3. Spread cream onto the base of the Pav.
  4. Time to ‘Top it real good’. Load with toppings and sprinkle with pistachios and rose petals.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
