Birthday Surprise Pavlova

Who said a Pav can’t be the star of the Birthday Party!

Method

  1. Remove Country Chef 300g Pavlova Base from the box and peel off the brown paper wrap.
  2. Whip cream until peaks are formed. Fold in freeze-dried raspberry powder until you have achieved your desired colour.
  3. Make a ‘glue’ by mixing a little water into the strawberry jam. Dip the top of the marshmallows into the strawberry ‘glue’ and then dip into a bowl of 100’s & 1000’s.
  4. Spread cream onto the pavlova base, followed by 100’s & 1000’s coated marshmallows.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
