Blueberry Lemon Pavlova

Method

  1. Remove Country Chef 300g Pavlova Base from the box and peel off the brown paper wrap.
  2. Using a chef’s blow torch, lightly toast the crust of the pavlova base. Set aside.
  3. Spread lemon curd onto the base of the pavlova.
  4. Top with fresh blueberries.
  5. Dust with icing sugar.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
