Blueberry Lemon Pavlova

Ingredients
- 1 x The Country Chef Bakery Co Pavlova 300g Base
- Lemon curd
- Fresh blueberries
- Icing sugar
Method
- Remove Country Chef 300g Pavlova Base from the box and peel off the brown paper wrap.
- Using a chef’s blow torch, lightly toast the crust of the pavlova base. Set aside.
- Spread lemon curd onto the base of the pavlova.
- Top with fresh blueberries.
- Dust with icing sugar.
- Serve and enjoy!
