Campfire Magic Pavlova

Ingredients
- 1 x The Country Chef Bakery Co Pavlova 300g Base
- Cream
- Chocolate syrup
- Marshmallows
- Crumbled shortbread
Method
- Remove Country Chef 300g Pavlova Base from the box and peel off the brown paper wrap.
- Using a chef’s blow torch, lightly toast the crust of the pavlova base. Set aside to cool.
- Whip cream until peaks form. Add chocolate sauce by slowly folding into cream until the desired colour is achieved.
- Torch marshmallows until golden brown in colour.
- Using all your prepared ingredients, it’s time to ‘Top it Real Good’. Layer base with cream, followed by marshmallows, crumbled shortbread and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
- Serve and enjoy!
