Chocolate Dipped Profiterole Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 24 The Country Chef Chocolate Dipped Profiteroles
- 1 cup fresh cream whipped to stiff peaks
- 1 punnet strawberries, stems removed and sliced
Method:
- While still frozen, carefully cut each profiterole in half and fill with a small spoonful of whipped cream and a couple of slices of strawberry.
