Banana Bread French Toast
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 slices Country Chef banana bread
- 1/2 cup thickened cream (optional)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Serve with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, drizzled maple syrup and seasonal fruits
Method:
- Whisk eggs and cream in a mixing bowl
- Soak banana bread into mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes
- Melt butter in a hot pan over medium heat and cook banana bread for 3-5 minutes on both sides
- Remove from heat and serve with vanilla ice cream, maple syrup and fruit
