Banana Bread French Toast

Serves 4


  • 4 slices Country Chef banana bread
  • 1/2 cup thickened cream (optional)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Serve with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, drizzled maple syrup and seasonal fruits


  1. Whisk eggs and cream in a mixing bowl
  2. Soak banana bread into mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes
  3. Melt butter in a hot pan over medium heat and cook banana bread for 3-5 minutes on both sides
  4. Remove from heat and serve with vanilla ice cream, maple syrup and fruit
