Simple Meringue Nests with Summer Fruits

- lemon curd
- caramel filling
- thick custard
- mixed berries
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 2 passion fruits
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 100g dark melting chocolate
- icing sugar
- Pour lemon curd, caramel filling and thick custard into piping bags with a mid-sized star nozzle. Pipe filling into the meringue nests.
- Top lemon curd nests with mixed berries and dust with icing sugar.
- Top caramel nests with banana slices, toasted coconut flakes and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Top thick custard nests with diced mango, passion fruit and half a strawberry.
