1 The Country Chef Sticky Date Pudding 150g Butter
150g Brown sugar
1L Carte d’Or Crème Anglaise
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan until golden.
- Add Carte d’Or Crème Anglaise and stir to combine.
- Slightly warm The Country Chef Sticky Date Pudding and pour over butterscotch sauce. Serve with strawberries and cream if desired.
