Sticky Date Pudding, Butterscotch Sauce

1 The Country Chef Sticky Date Pudding 150g Butter
150g Brown sugar
1L Carte d’Or Crème Anglaise

  1. Melt butter and brown sugar in a pan until golden.
  2. Add Carte d’Or Crème Anglaise and stir to combine.
  3. Slightly warm The Country Chef Sticky Date Pudding and pour over butterscotch sauce. Serve with strawberries and cream if desired.
